People living slightly before the year 3000 will be dependent on the "system" for basic sustenance. The term government will have a sightly different nuance than what we have thought of it in 2M. Anyway, UBI (Universal Basic Income) will be the standard, and it will not be much different from social welfare in some cases, but it will also act as an automated system for paying out salaries through a central Ai system. Although it appears centralized, salaries will still be determined by bosses and companies themselves, albeit with the help of a third party (external) Ai systems because many aspects of capitalism will still be practiced. People who are off the "grid" will survive on a barter system instead of a credit system and will be called by many as hagglers (a slightly derogatory term). Hagglers may choose to live this way being that it provides more freedom so to speak, but they will experience less prosperity, health, and longevity.
The technology of countdown capital (that credits have an expiration date) will differ between individuals and businesses. People will have about a month to spend or donate their capital elsewhere before it expires (and gets terminated), whereas companies (depending on the industry) will have a year or more before their credits expire. In this manner, the automated credit system will infuse more "capital" into itself and will generate a more prosperous economy that will no longer require taxation of the individuals. Taxes on businesses will occur only in liability situations in equal proportions to recompense people or industries for certain detriments that those products create or may manipulate negatively. More can be explained later as this is just the tip of the ice-burg. いつもニコニコ
